CAMPAIGNS

$25 per player, per session
~3 to 4 hours per session

ONE SHOTS

$30 per player
~4 to 5 hours

POLICIES

BOOKING

A link to book a session via Google Calendar will be provided to prospective players following a discussion of game requests and requirements, which may take place via email or Discord.

The duration of any given session is approximately four (4) hours, though the actual duration may increase or decrease on an as-needed basis, dependent upon factors such as player availability and preparation time required prior to a new story beat.

In the event that Christa must cancel a scheduled booking after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

​

Christa reserves the right to cancel a booked session for any reason at any time.

PAYMENT

Payments are accepted via PayPal or Venmo, and must be made in full no later than one week prior to a scheduled booking. Failure to complete your payment on time will result in the cancelation of your booked session, with any partial payments refunded in full.

REFUNDS

Your payment is considered a deposit. In order to receive a full refund, you must provide notice to cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your booked session. Notice received within 24-48 hours of a booked session will constitute a partial (50%) refund, and notice received within 24 hours of a booked session will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

Your party must arrive early or on-time. There is a 30 minute grace period after your booked session is scheduled to begin. If half or more of your group fails to arrive within the grace period, the session will be canceled with no refund.

​

Refunds for emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
